BL32 does not start

Custom STM32MP151A board with 512MB DDR2.

I am trying to write via UART communication with STM32CubeProgrammer, but BL32 processing does not start.

What should I do to investigate the cause?

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried but nothing changed, I really don't think that U-boot have chance to do anything at this point. I will continue testing. Thank you!

Also, if your board still fails at the end of SP_min then I may have an idea why.

You are using LPDDR2 and in that case LDO3 should be in bypass mode (if used as intended by ST) and not in sink-source mode (this is for standard DDR). LPDDR not use VTT voltage at all.
