I would like to know if I can use X-NUCLEO-CCA02M2 to input speech audio and X-NUCLEO-CCA01M1 for speech audio output?

I'm not a specialist of those boards but it seems you can use them as you wanted to as they have ST morpho connectors to plug on the NUCLEO-WL55JC.
