BLE Disconnection Callback Not Always Triggered (90% Success Rate)

I'm using the STM32WB55 for BLE communication with an Android device, starting from the BLE example HeartRate monitor with FreeRTOS. Sometimes, when I disconnect from the STM32 using my mobile, I don't always receive the notification callback on the STM32 that the BLE has been disconnected. In 90% of cases, it works fine, but I'm not sure how to solve the remaining 10%. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I'm not able to reproduce this on my side (With Nucleo-WB55CG, Android phone, IOS phone and PC).

Do you have the same issue with other application (not the HR).
