How much maximum camera and LCD resolution supported by STM32F controller ? can you please provide calcution for the same? Also suggest suitbale LCD and Camera module part#?

Hard to answer. You need enough

Ram for the frame buffer. Your display and camera minimum pixel clock will shortlist the candidates. Then check the package interface and pinout. Check how much ram flash and mips you need for the rest of the application

How to you drive the display?

Does the display has its own frame memory and you only need to update it when needed?

Do you plan to show videos? Frame rate?

What resolution and what interface? 8 bit parallel, 24 bit, 16bit, DSI?

It's difficult when specs of used components are so vague....
