how to get support through email?

Customer support is typically done through the local sales offices, check who is responsible for your account

This website is meant to be taken down at one point.

However we have made the fixes just for you guys :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: (not really, but thank you for reporting this as this is a big issue).

Like Clive said, please contact your local sale office for support, or if not confidential you can just ask your questions through the forum.
