Well spotted, but your observation also applies to the 32L4R9IDISCOVERY, whose pin assignment of the camera connector is identical to the 32L496GDISCONVERY.
If you look closely, you will notice that the pins are crossed: 1-30, 2-29, 3-28 etc. This is because the connectors are horizontally rotated by 180° on the boards and the ribbon cable realises exactly this crossing.
Clear now?

UM2779 says: The camera module bundle is compatible with all STM32 Discovery kits and Evaluation boards featuring a [1x30 pin] ZIF connector, such as the STM32H747I-DISCO and 32L4R9IDISCOVERY Discovery kits.
In this respect - yes, hardware-wise the module is compatible with the 32L496GDISCOVERY, but you still have to get the drivers for the OV5640 from Waveshare.
Does it answer your question?

Hi @Peter BENSCH
Thank you for answering my question, in the datasheet i see that the configuration of the pins of the module y 32L496GDISCONVERY is diferent.
the first picture is the zif conector of the camera module and the secund is the zif conector of 32L496GDISCOVERY.
