Certification for STM32U585 RNG with NIST SP 800-22 for PCI PTS Certification

Greetings

For certifying with PCI PTS 7, the controller STM32U585 needs to be certified under the NIST Tool 800-22. Attaching the relevant guidance section

As per AN4230, STM32U585 has certificate for SP800-90B. For the NIST SP800-22 test suite as per the documentation
