Hi
I am currently working on stm32f407vg discovery board. I have written code for stm32f407vg in Atollic True studio. But when i connect stm32f407vg discovery board to external source (power bank), built in leds (orange(LD3),green(LD4),red(LD5),blue(LD6)) of stm32f407vg do not glow but when i connect to PC they glow. Also when external power source is connected to stm32f407vg, LD1 of stm32f407vg blinks red but when it is connected to PC it (LD1) glows continuously with colors of red and green. Please guide me. how can i fix this issue?
Thanks in advance.

I have given 5V form a power bank to the both pins (5v on the P2) in section 6.2 and (VDD on the P1) at page 25 in a user manual UM1472 that both pins can be used as power supply.
Here user manual is attached.

Surely VDD should be 3V
