Which silicon revision matches the latest data sheet?

I've been doing some current measurements with the STM32F101C8T6, I'm using the HSI at 8MHz, 4MHz and 2MHz.

I'm finding that the current consumption is much less when running programs out of RAM. The latest data sheet indicates that the current consumption should be about the same when running from FLASH or RAM.

I assume I might have an early version of the chip.

How do I tell by looking at the chip which silicon revision I have?

Which silicon revision relates to the current consumption of the latest data sheet?

The MCU device ID code is 20006410

Also, just in case the designers are interested in minor changes to improve the design:

Allow the user to select either the RTC Seconds interrupt or the RTC Alarm interrupt to wake the chip from STOP mode. The Seconds interrupt provides a lower overhead option for regular interrupts.

thanks,

Greg.
