what is the maximum value that i supply to adc pins on stm32f407vg and what happens if i supply voltages more than 7v on same pins (do i have any ics /circuitry to convert high level voltages to low level voltages which are compatible with stm32 boards) please help me with this thankyou in advance

The pins should not exceed VDDA/VREF+

If they do exceed, you create undesirable current paths, often through diodes into the supply rails and the silicon can behave like a fuse.

Generally, if you apply the AMR (Absolute Maximum Rating) voltage on the pin, your chip may work until 1000 hours (vendor quality level dependent).

Above this limit becomes laws of physic, process, oxyde thickness breakdown (destructive) voltage. Thickess tends to shrinks with lithography (unless the process has multiples oxyde thicknesses), that's why we went from 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.2V...
