What is the maximum clock frequency for the FMC peripheral when interfacing with SDRAM on the STM32H7?

Hello everyone, may I ask what is the maximum clock frequency supported when the STM32H7's FMC peripheral controls SDRAM? Can it work stably if the frequency exceeds 200MHz, for example, 240MHz?

That depends on which STM32H7 you are talking about. You should always provide the MCU part number you are referring tor.

For STM32H74x , it's provided in the RM0433 / Table 55:
