We are developing an an new hardware based on your VL53Lxx. Due to the fact, that we don't find a microcontroller of ST Micro which has an integrated WiFi we choose the ESP32. Question: Does ST Micro plan a microcontroller with Wifi too? If yes: when?

yes, STMicroelectronics is planning an STM32 with on-chip WiFi.

In due course, this will be announced in our blog or the newsroom.

thanks for your quick reply. I will observe your both mentioned links. But if you have detailed information you can send me an E-Mail. We are working for a german government organisation and they demand more and more independence from Chinese suppliers
