The clock configuration tool "STM32F37x_Clock_Configuration_V1.0.0.xls" to generate "system_stm32f37x.c" is not available to download at st.com. Please guide how to download it.

The clock configuration has been incorporated into CubeMX. Even if you don't want to use HAL or CubeMX, the clock configuration tab on it is great in order to quickly configure the clock settings.
