Posted on June 26, 2014 at 16:18in 'Get Software' section, when we click 'Download' we get the 'stm32snippetl0.zip' (15.1MB file) which contains inside the CubeL0 INSTEAD of the snippetL0.
It may be a temporary problem that was fixed later. Now this link contains the STM32L0 snippet package (3.17 MB).
