Hi all,
I have a question regarding to LD1 COM LED of STM32L Discovery board.Fromhttp://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/user_manual/DM00027954.pdf
, it mentioned LD1 COM turns green to indicate that communications are in progress between the PC and the ST-LINK/V2. And normally it should be a red as default status. However, what does the blinking red indicate? With the same code, I saw this situation sometimes, but sometimes it just works fine. I always need to plug and unplug my USB cable until it functions normally...... Does anyone have any idea?Could it be caused by the insufficient current of my USB hub? Otherwise I couldn't think of a reasonable answer.
Thanks,
Shan

So power the board with a bench supply, and see if that helps. Roll-back the firmware on the ST-LINK if you updated it prior to the issue. Or try a different board
