I'm having an issue with a new STM32H745I-DISCO board where I cannot connect to the stlink from the STM32CubeProgrammer. The serial port is recognized, but the error reads "No STM32 target found" The reset button on the board also does not work. I think this was caused by flashing an example from TouchGFXDesigner. I had disabled the M4 cortex from the programmer earlier to run the demo from ST, and the TouchGFX program I tried next ran on only the M7 core. Is there a way to do a hard reset of the STLink and/or clear the microcontroller memory?

Hello @EMurp.1
Please have a look at UM2488 page 12, SMPS/LDO power supply, chaper -> Caution Deadlock ... probably you are in this usecase.
