STM32F4Discovery not executing any program

My previously working Discovery board all of sudden not executing any program. I can connect to it with STLink, erase the chip, download any program, verify it, but nothing happens after that. I have tried with many different led blinking program. I have even upgraded the firmware using STLink utility. May be my compilation is not generating right binaries. Is there any place I can download a test binary specifically for DiscoveryF4?

The .HEX file about half way down should cycle 3 LEDs
