The below figure descripts how to read the LQFP144 marking.

The first picture that you shared correspondent for 32F427ZIT6 revision 5 and the second picture that you shared correspondent for 32F427ZIT6 revision B.

When we refer to the Reference Manual RM0090 and to Errata sheet ES0206, you can conclude that the 32F427ZIT6 revision 5 and 32F427ZIT6 revision B have the same functionality.

For more explanation I advise you to take look at the RM0090 and precisely 38.6.1 MCU device ID code section.
