标准时间（标准时间)的标签产地和芯片产地不一样,请问这个是否正常

Translation:

The label on this device (Standard Time Clock) indicates different countries of origin for the product and the chip. Is this normal?

Please show a good, clear photo of the label.

Typically, chips (like many other products) are manufactured in a number of places; eg,

Wafers are processed in one place
Chips are packaged in another
etc ...

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
