STM32F4 Discovery: Write data to a memory key using the micro USB

Dear Sirs,

Knowing that I want to log the data that the controller of the STM32F4 discovery is reading from the sensors, I need to write the data in a .csv format on a memory key using the micro USB.

Do you have a link to an example/tutorial that can help me in accomplishing the above? If not can you please provide me with the guidelines?

It is worthy of a note that I am new to the STM32F4 discovery and that I already accomplished some simple proof of concept using the CoIDE of CooCox.
