STM32F103ZC LQFP144 Programming Problem !

Hi ,

I have two development board which is the first have stm32f103vg LQFP100

and second have stm32f103zc LQFP144

I can program LQFP100 model microcontroller using default SWD settings ,

but at the LQFP144 model i have the ''Failed to Read CPU ID for cortex device '' error

message

What's the problem for this message ?

Anyone have an idea for this ?

With what tool?

The failure modes are likely to be similar to most others, wiring, chip orientation, supplies. If those all check out, use some alternate tools to see if more useful messages are emitted. If you have JTAG connectivity check the scan chain loops back.
