Can anyone here tell by the location of the 'smoke' holes in this STM32F103C8T6 what caused the failure? There does not appear to be any other failed components on the board. The boards 3.3v regulator is still working.
What I believe is most likely to have caused this a +ve or -ve voltage spike on PA9 (pin 30), would the damage be in line with my theory? Thanks, Dale
