when generating a project with STM32CubeMX for a STM32F4discovery board, the PD12 to PD15 pins are configured output (for the LEDs) automatically. But the project is not entirely configured. I had to manually set ''output push pull'' under configuration -> GPIO. It's quite confusing because the project is only partialy configured.
@ST : you could ''fix'' that in next version.
