STM3210C-EVAL: Cannot Load Flash Device Description

Dears,

I have STM3210C-EVAL board with demonstration software (uC/OS-II) in it. When I am trying to download Flash_Loader project (stm3210c-eval_fw) or DFU project (STM32_USB-FS-Device_Lib), I am getting error messages

Cannot Load Flash Device Description or JTAG Communication Failure.

I tried to play with BOOT SELECT switches, to change Debug Connect from Normal to under Reset. No success.

I am working with uVision4 demo version and ULINK2.

Please let me know step by step how I can erase all memory in STM3210C-EVAL and peacefully work with JTAG, like I can do with STM3210E-EVAL board.

In uVision, Project options, Debug, ULINK Cortex Debugger: Settings dialog select ''Connect: under reset'', last tab will allow ''Erase whole chip'', has to have programming algorithm added (if connectivity driver is not present, use either high density or medium density driver, they usually work)

This shall ''unlock'' the SW blocking of JTAG/SWD pins or early entry to low power modes.
