I'm not aware that any such thing exists for STM32. If you need safety features, I suggest to have a look at Cortex R controllers (like the TI Hercules series) which, AFAIK, implement such features in hardware.

Seems you are right, only that ST provides it just to ''selected'' customers. But having seem SIL3 device solutions with two identical MCUs, specialized MCU which support that features in hardware seem a better solution to me.

I have got one from some people long time ago,but it is too old,it's 1.2 version , now the firmware library is 3.5 version ,it has a big difference to the old version, I'm not really understand about the cpu inside things,so I can not transplant it .the question bothered me for a long time...
