First i had problems with the ST-Link drivers, then I had success with installing them. Now I get ''core is held in reset'' error in st-link utility.
How to fix this? My only idea is that I shorted something when I was messing with setting boot0 to high.2012-11-15 12:08 PM

Shouldn't that be detectible with an ohmmeter ? Or you could power the board up, and measure the voltage on the pin. If there is a short, you are probably on your own to spot it ... ... when I was messing with setting boot0 to high. As such issues happen from time to time, I have prepared a small board with a switch to pull BOOT0 up, and a level shifter for the UART. For the connection, I have soldered short wires on, that end in singled-out female connectors matching on the discovery board connectors. That way, you can connect it quickly on all boards, and get it back running.
