STM32, Keil MDK-ARM cannot debug, seems to try and run from SRAM

Found out what the ptoblem is.

We are using an external watchdog. pPoduction fitted and alternative part. If I disable the watchdog circuit I no longer have the problem.

Interesting that it caused such odd things to happen especially in debug mode.

The two parts spec looks more or less identical but there is clearly a difference.
