Hello,
i have problem with control of simple rotary encoder form Alps (or Piher | Bourns) on STM32.Does anyone
have a
ready
solution.
Best regards Andrew #poorly-framed-question #stm322013-05-25 04:07 AM
There are literally dozens of STM32 parts, do you have a specific series or part in mind?

Hello,
Thank you for answer. I make some tests. Now i have problem with vibration of encoder contacts. Timer count random statest. My encoder have mechanical contacts. Kind regards Andrzej Niedworok2013-05-26 06:23 AM
My encoder have mechanical contacts.
OUCH!! thta limits your speed to 'bounce time' of the contacts. can you live with this. also if you believe in the old wifes tale that you can read an encoder by a=clk, b=dir you are dead wrong. Erik
