ST-LINK/V2 and Win7 64-bit

Has anyone tried using the ST-LINK CLI.exe in windows 64-bit? Is there a way to make win7 run it as 32-bit?

 i dont have any settings precluding unsigned drivers, beside, i've connected my board to my friend computer and it works .... so i don't think that the STM32F4 is damaged or something ... right?
