Sigfox Provisioning webpage down

Sorry, not sure where to post this.

The Sigfox provisioning tool at https://my.st.com/sfxp is down.

When entering a valid certificate, the downloaded zip contains only the content "Service unavailable, please try again later".

I believe it's the same issue - but no-one is responding on any of the threads about the issue.

I'm not sure how to get help on this issue?
