I suspect that you will get interference between AD channels if your Analog Vdd and/or VRef are not sufficiently well-regulated.

You could try boosting the decoupling capacitor on that line by (say) 10 times, and see if that makes a difference.

Or using a higher-performance voltage regulator (many of the ''low-power'' ones are fairly slow, whereas you need to regulate away noise at the oversampling frequency).
