Running code from RAM

Hi !

I want to run code from RAM. How can I do this with Keil MDK or

Rowley CrossStudio. I tried with Keil like written in a thread

but the code was not mapped to ram but stayed in flash.

I know it can be done on an STM32 but I don't know the mechanics of it. But they did say the code would execute slower from RAM, unlike the Arm7 world where it usually executes faster from RAM.
