QSPI NAND Flash for XIP

Does NAND Flash supports XIP on the QSPI port?

NAND has page/block structure (for read), not a uniform contiguous address space like NOR flash, hence: NO.

BTW: Why would one want to use NAND flash for that?

Most are NOR. Check the flash data sheet to see if it supports the simple command and random addressing that would be needed.

NAND flash is much cheaper than NOR, so it would be much more attractive for using.
