Programming the STM32L152

Hello everybody!

This is the most basic question a guy who gets involved with microcontrollers can ask.

I want to replicate an open source project. The code is provided as well. The project used the STM32L152.

I found this chip already soldered on development boards. But how do i program it separately so i can solder it on my PCB?#stm32l152
