I'm currently working on the STM32F100C8, but i'm having problems when trying to program it.When launching the debugger i get the following error:

I've tried commenting out most of my code to see if it's anything code related. I also tried the default application (provided by atollic) and still get the same error. I tried erasing all the flash using the ST-Link utility, and then re-flashing, but that does not work either.
It seems this might be hardware related, but i don't see how.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be the cause, and how to correct it?
