Ok, just wanted to report that I got it running now.

For anyone who wants to do a similar project:

In the constellation described in my previous post the TLV320AIC23B must be the SLAVE and NOT the master. Then you can use the STM32 as Master TX in I2S mode. DMA also works fine.
