PortB Pin 8 not pulling down

More likely you have some thing external driving PB.8, the pull up/down is going to be pretty weak.

Set the pin floating and scope it.

Hi clive,

Thanks for your answer. I have checked the connection. It looks like it's stuck at high. I didn't find anything that is wrong with the PCB trace. Do you think I can add an external pull down resistor to this pin to put it down?
