We will release our updated documentation for XL-density parts while launching these super-set of devices to Mass Market widely and make available all the development kits and compatibility with our Tools partners in the coming weeks in Q2/2010. If you are already an OEM you can contact your nearest/local STMicroelectronics Office or preferred sales/technical contacts to provide you the documents you need.
