MicroXplorer download

I can't seem to find the MicroXplorer download anywhere.  I can find the page, but down at the bottom there is no button or clickable item to actually get the software.

I really hate asking this question...but I just can't find it. Thank you for any help you can give.UPDATE: Looks like the ''Download'' button has reappeared at the bottom of the page, but when you click on it, it gives a HTTP:404 - URL not found error. this is the link that is given:

Should be here but the site appears rather busted right now.

I don't have stsw-stm32095.zip on this system but will check later on some others.
