Low power parts?

is java also available on low power parts ?

Not with existing portfolio. Today the Java offer has a meaning rather for high part of porfolio.

It can go below (256k - Flash seems the lowest reasonable limit), but the biggest portion of market will rather occur on STM32F2 or STM32F4.

It might change of course in the future, if ST comes with higher memory low power parts
