Interfacing STM32 to multiple external ADCs

Hi

I'm pretty new with the STM32 and I'm wondering if one could interface the STM32 to an multiple external ADC, eg 4 x 24bit? The ADCs will be squirting serial data out. Instead of using FPGA to interleave the data, I was thinking of using the STM32 to do the job.

Any advice or example is greatly appreciated.
