IBIS Model Check

Hi,

I am using the STM32F413ZHJ6 in a design, BGA package. I have noticed some strange behaviour in the IBIS model of the part. When modelling the output of K11 and K12 (PD14 & PD15) the capacitance for the model is in the nF range. This is very large when compared to other pins which appear in the pF range.

Is this an error with the IBIS model of the part or is there some internal difference or setting for these pins which adds hugely to the capacitance?

Hi,

Coming back to this. Does anyone have any experience of such an issue? I am using the FSMC interface on these pins and these two signals are not operating as expected in the simulation environment. The signal integrity is poor on these two only
