Paid help?
What are people supposed to do to help you get L073 code running on the L476? You've provided no code to review, or analysis of what's "not working"
Is this a NUCLEO board?
Perhaps get a native project working on the board, then port back in the L073 code a bit at a time. Watch for things like different USART, different pin utilization, and mux settings.

Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

I am working on NB IOT project to get signal strength of a sim of a mobile operator using EVB BG96 module and STM32L476RG microcontroller. I have a code which was supposed to turn the module on, initialised it and get data to cumulocity cloud but the module fails to power on. Attached with is message is the code for STM32L476RG and EVB board with BG96 module. I am using keil IDE.
Thank you.

I have deleted the duplicates. @OAdem if you post multiple times in different place this creates a mess in the community with
- others who help making duplicate effort
- some threads then may have an answer and others not = hard for others in future to find/learn what the result is
