I have NUCLEO-G031K8 development board. I downloaded data sheet. I am not able to undrstand the pin configuration.

why this mismatch in this or did i get confused? please help me with this. i want to connect user led port to external led

Your pins avaiable on your stm32g0 directly through goldpins are in following tables:

 

If you want connect user led with external led you must change soldier brigdes:

and them connect your external led to PB3
