For our current project.We need add the exteral memory for data save and display flush.I have checked the main course mcp of market.But not find 3.3V mcp memory.So,How we can use mcp? #stm32f429-add-external-memory

My best guess is mcp is multi-chip platform, a bunch of flash parts in one package.  Question still doesn't make any sense.  Some acronym in a non-English language?

Jack is right.MCP is multi memory in one package.But the normal MCP work voltage is 1.8V.But stm32 work voltage is 3.3V.So How to connect the mcp to mcu.

Perhaps this is something to discuss with the MCP vendors, because the other avenue would be to use level conversion chips to interface the parts.

Are you driven by size issues? Are uBGA an option?
