How to locate the PD8 and PD9 port pins on the nucleo 144 STM32F429ZI for external USART3 interfacing with the TTl to RS485 converter. A brief explanation of the config of the SB (solder bridges) connections will be nice or where to get more information.

The Nucleo has two rows of holes on each side. There you'll find the pins not routed to the black connectors.

Just have look at the board's manual - you will find all the connectors and config options there.
