Hi all,
I would like to know if the MCU is broken/burned without giving power to the MCU. The chip is STM32F407VGT6 (the one used in STM32F4 Discovery Board). Thanks in advance!Cheers,Ogulcan #stm32 #debug #power

A theoretical possibility - grind away the casing and check the whole silicon with an electron microscope of appropriate resolution.
Otherwise, there are only indicators that the MCU is -not- working (brown/black spots, cracked casings, melted pins ...).
