I have found that PB6, PB7 / PA2,PA3 / PA14,PA15 can be used as TX and RX respectively. Which is the best pair of pins?

Choose whichever is most convenient for your particular application.

That's all there is to it.

(if you are copying someone else's code, then choose whatever they chose!)
