Ive an array int msg[5] = {1,2,3,4,5}; that i would like to send trough the I2c port in only one try but my code dont seem to work...

This is not an adequate description. What doesn't seem to work, what happens and what are you expecting instead?

The master controls how many bytes are transferred during this process, not the slave.

You shouldn't return from main.

0693W00000LvTV1QAN.pngI start my STM32 program and once its running I start my python program who reads a block of data. But it gives this error code

There don't appear to be issues in your STM32 code.

Put a logic analyzer on the signal to see if the RPi is sending the correct data. Verify external pullups are present and hardware pins are connected correctly.

The usage of msg and buf arrays shows a complete lack of understanding of the basics of C language and data representation in memory. Start with learning that...
