Hello, is there any difference in pheripherals and pinout between STM32F302RB (128kB, LQFP 64) and STM32F302RC (256kB, LQFP 64)

As said by Jan, the datasheet is your reference to compare the peripherals and pinout.
For the difference between the peripherals, you can also use the ST-MCU-FINDER Tool that provides a part number shortlist based on the user selection of peripherals and MCU characteristics. So, you can compare the characteristics of both MCU.

If the MCUID of the parts is the same, they are the same die.
